This is a branch off of How to Restaurant analyzing restaurant reviews. This series is meant to be fun and entertaining, do not take what I say to heart.
This show also helps business owners and employees get a better understanding of what to expect. Any restaurant that heeds suggestions on a review is a smart restaurant. Reviews are like directions on a map. You have to know where you can excel and do better if you are failing or making the same mistakes over and over. Reviews from customers help you succeed because most of the time, the customer will not tell you to your face. Instead, they will leave a review on any giving platform. So, always prepare to be criticized.
I have a new book coming out called How to Restaurant. As a man that has managed many restaurants and worked my entire life in restaurants in general, I was compelled to begin my journey to write about my knowledge and experiences. Moreover, start a series on simple preliminary training videos before the book release and undertake a review series as well.
Yelp is an incredible tool to use to help your business grow; however, it is also a tool to destroy your business by angry customers. If you are a business owner, you have seen many unrealistic reviews on all or any of your platforms you choose to promote your business. Some reviews may be legitimate, but many are not true at all and exaggerated. I am here to help the customer be a little bit more transparent when visiting a location and help them understand what a dishonest review can cause.
Yes, I am dedicated to open the eyes of the public and help them understand a bit more about restaurants through my book. I am also very empathetic towards employees, the working-class heroes, including the business owner and managers. We all work hard for a living, however; restaurant folk seems to be the punching bags of society, and I want to set the record straight, and the only way to do so is by educating the public in general and in whole.
